Monaco defender Sebastien Puygrenier has warned his team-mates they are not safe yet as they go for their fifth win in seven games.
A run of 12 points from a possible 18 has lifted the principality team to 15th in Ligue 1, but with just two points separating them from the relegation zone, they are far from out of danger.
That puts pressure on Monaco as they head to Stade Geoffroy-Guichard to take on St Etienne, who are still chasing a place in the Europa League.
Puygrenier was quoted on www.asse.fr as saying: "Despite our current form, our position in the standings is not yet comfortable.
"We'll play at Saint-Etienne to score.''
Puygrenier has paid little attention to criticism of Monaco's style of play as they have hauled themselves out of a tricky situation.
